Oscars 2008 Winners

Oscars 2008 Winners - Host Jon Stewart opened the 80th Academy Awards by acknowledging the Hollywood writers' strike, which had larboard the fate of the appearance in doubt.

Stewart joked that Oscar's 80th altogether "automatically makes him the frontrunner for the Republican nomination" in the US presidential election.

Organisers are honouring the ceremony by assuming clips of archetypal ceremonies and memorable winners throughout the evening.
